Mango

The mango tree, called Mangifera indica, grows in warm and tropical places like India, Mexico, and South Florida. It is a large tree that can live for many years and has shiny green leaves and small white flowers that turn into fruit. Mangoes are known as the “king of fruits” because of their sweet taste and many uses.

The fruit can be yellow, orange, red, or even green depending on how ripe it is. Inside, the soft orange flesh is juicy and full of flavor, while the large seed in the center can be used to grow new trees. Mango trees need plenty of sun and water to grow well, and they produce fruit during the warmer months. People eat mangoes all around the world in smoothies, salads, desserts, or even whole.

The tree also has cultural importance in many countries, where it can represent love, growth, and prosperity.
